    Abstract:

    Thelacrimal duct obstruction is a common disease in ophthalmology, especially the nasolacrimal duct obstruction. It can be treated by probing of lacrimal passage and acryocy storhinostromy traditionally, and its curative effect is sure. With the development of endoscopic, a minimal invasion surgery method was born. In recent years, new lacrimal equipment appearance, lacrimal stent, laster or high-frequency electric applied widely in clinic. Lacrimal duct probing new lacrimal stents and other auxiliary curative''s effect are affirmation. Now at home and abroad a few hospitals carried out a minimally invasive surgery technology (lacrimal duct endoscopy) without changing the original structure. It is used in diagnosis and treatment on nasolacrimal duct obstruction. This microscopic technique in nasal lacrimal duct obstruction diseases has good development prospect. 
