Abstract:Refractory glaucoma has complicated causes and lower successful rate in routine filter rating surgery with obvious ocular tissue structure destruction. The major cause of failure is occlusion in filter rating canal by fibroblast proliferation and scar. This article reviews the method, effect and complications of improved surgical treatments reported both at home and abroad.
