Abstract:To observe the clinical effect of blepharitis with integrated traditional and western medicine treatment. METHODS:Totally 60 cases (113 eyes) of blepharitis were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)．The control group were treated by 3% boric acid solution dropping eyelids,chloramphenicol dropping eye and erythromycin eye ointment dropping eyelid margin.The treatment group were treated with the combination of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing and tarsal massage on the base of the therapy of control group.The results were summarized after the treatment. RESULTS:The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%,and the total effective rate of control group was 76.7%.The both compared,showed significant statistical difference (P<0.05). CONCLUSION:Integrated traditional and western medicine treatment can effectively treat blepharitis
