Abstract:Corneal graft rejection has been the primary problem to impact the patients on recovering sights.Many new immunosuppressive agents have been investigated and acquired satisfactory curative effects.The purpose of this article is to review the different clinical types and mechanism of corneal graft rejection, and the different drugs of therapy.
