Abstract:

Myopia is the most common disorder of eyes,but its pathogenesis remains unclear.Recently,some researches have indicated that several growth factors play an important role in the remodeling of eyes and have significant correlation with myopia.This review summarizes the relationship between growth factors and myopia,which will provide the theoretical basis for the further experimental research of myopia.
