    Abstract:

    ·AIM:To evaluate effect of fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)on diagnosis,stage,treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR).·METHODS:The changes of images of FFA of 88 patients 176 eyes diagnosed with DR during serious stages were observed and analyzed.New stages were made from the results.·RESULTS:Eleven eyes without DR under funduscope were found microaneurysm by FFA.15 eyes with DR stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ under funduscope were found much more microaneurysm by FFA.11 eyes with DR stage Ⅲ under funduscope were found neovessels.·CONCLUSION:FFA is the gold criteria to type stage of DR.It is helpful in directing laser treatment and evaluating its curative effect.·
