    Abstract:

·AIM:To investigate the surgical method of inferior orbital wall fracture by three-dimensional CT image, and to reproduct the virtual anatomical structure, design and pre-operative surgical simulation by computer imaging technology and data for orbital wall reconstruction.·METHODS:After sieving, computer navigation and three-dimensional reconstruction, the diagnosis and surgical planning in 30 patients with orbital wall fracture were analyzed.·RESULTS:By the computer navigation, all patients of inferior orbital wall fracture had a satisfactory operative outcome.·CONCLUSION:The inferior orbital wall fracture prothesis with the three-dimensional reconstruction by computer navigation have good effects.·
