Abstract:Glaucoma is an eye disease characterized by specific optic nerve lesion and defect of visual field,which seriously jeopardize patient’s visual acuity and quality of life and the protection of visual function has far-reaching significance for the prevention and treatment of blindness. This paper reviewed visual impairment and drug treatment of glaucoma.
