视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)是第二常见的视网膜血管性疾病,其多由血栓形成或邻近动脉机械性压迫导致视网膜静脉部分或完全阻塞。研究表明炎症在RVO的发生和发展中发挥重要作用。多种全身炎症标志物,如中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、系统性免疫炎症指数(SII)和血小板-淋巴细胞比值(PLR)等逐渐受到关注并被认为与RVO及继发黄斑水肿的发生及临床结局密切相关。这些指标具有检测简便、成本低廉和可重复性强等优势,可作为眼科影像学检查的重要补充,用于评估全身炎症状态及其与疾病进展的关系。文章系统回顾全身炎症标志物在RVO中的研究进展,重点分析不同炎症指标与RVO及黄斑水肿的发生、预后及治疗反应之间的关系,评估现有研究的局限性,并探讨未来研究方向,以期为RVO的早期风险识别及治疗监测提供血液学辅助依据。

Retinal vein occlusion(RVO), the second most common retinal vascular disease, is primarily caused by thrombosis or mechanical compression from adjacent arteries, leading to partial or complete venous obstruction. Emerging evidence suggests that inflammation plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of RVO. Various systemic inflammatory markers, such as NLR, SII, and PLR, have gained increasing attention due to their close association with the occurrence and clinical outcomes of RVO and secondary macular edema. Given their accessibility, low cost, and high reproducibility, these markers can serve as valuable adjuncts to ophthalmic imaging in assessing systemic inflammatory status and disease progression. This review systematically summarizes recent advances in systemic inflammatory markers for RVO, highlighting their associations with the occurrence, prognosis, and treatment response of RVO and macular edema. Furthermore, the limitations of current evidence were evaluated and outline future research directions were discussed, aiming to provide hematological adjunctive evidence for early risk identification and treatment monitoring in RVO.
