弱视治疗理念已由单纯提升弱视眼视力逐步转向双眼视功能重建。传统遮盖及常规视觉训练存在治疗周期长、趣味性不足及依从性差等问题,疗效稳定性受限。虚拟现实(VR)技术凭借沉浸性、交互性及刺激参数可调控等特点,已逐步应用于弱视视觉训练。现有研究显示,VR视觉训练可在一定程度上改善弱视患者视力及双眼视功能,其游戏化交互和反馈激励机制还有助于提高参与积极性与治疗依从性。文章从弱视相关机制与视觉训练理论出发,综述VR在弱视视觉训练中的优势、系统与训练形式、临床疗效、常用评价指标、安全性与可接受度,以期为其规范化、临床转化和推广应用提供参考。

The therapeutic concept of amblyopia has gradually shifted from improving the visual acuity of the amblyopic eye to restoring binocular visual function.Conventional occlusion therapy and routine visual training have issues such as long treatment cycles, insufficient entertainment value and poor patient compliance, which limits the stability of therapeutic effects. Virtual reality(VR)technology, characterized by immersion, interactivity, and adjustable stimulus parameters, has been increasingly applied to visual training for amblyopia.Current evidence suggests that VR-based training can improve visual acuity and binocular visual function in amblyopia patients to a certain extent.Moreover, its gamified interactions and feedback-driven design may also enhance patient motivation and treatment adherence. This review begins with the mechanisms and theoretical basis of VR training for amblyopia, proceeds to summarizeits advantages over conventional methods, current systems, training modes, clinical efficacy, commonly used outcome measures, as well as safety and acceptability, aiming to provide a reference for its standardization, clinical translation, and widespread adoption.
