青光眼是全球范围内不可逆致盲性眼病的首要病因,其病理特征主要表现为视网膜神经节细胞(RGCs)的进行性变性及轴突损伤。尽管相关研究已经取得进展,但其发病机制尚未完全阐明。近年来,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在青光眼病理机制中的作用逐渐成为研究热点。研究表明,lncRNA作为基因表达调节因子,参与青光眼的发生、发展及治疗应答等病理生理过程。文章系统综述lncRNA在青光眼领域研究中的最新进展,以期为后续研究提供理论依据。

Glaucoma is the leading cause of irreversible blindness worldwide, characterized by progressive degeneration and axonal loss of retinal ganglion cells(RGCs). Despite extensive research, the mechanisms driving this disease remain incompletely understood. Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)have recently emerged as critical regulators of glaucoma pathogenesis, modulating gene expression and influencing key processes, including disease onset, progression, and therapeutic response. This review summarizes recent progress on lncRNA in glaucoma and outlines future research directions.
