白内障手术已进入屈光性手术时代，术后的功能视力和视觉质量备受关注，也推动人工晶状体的材料与设计不断发展完善。传统老视矫正型人工晶状体初步解决了术后远近距离视力问题，而近年来不断涌现的新型老视矫正型人工晶状体更进一步提升了患者的视觉体验。本文对此进行综述，为临床提供参考。

Cataract surgery has become a refractive surgery, which has attracted much attention on postoperative functional vision and visual quality, and promoted the continuous development and improvement of intraocular lens(IOL)materials and design. The traditional presbyopia-correcting IOL has achieved distance and near visual acuity initially, while in recent years the new presbyopia-correcting IOL has further improved the visual experience of patients. This article reviews the progress to provide reference for clinical practice.
