方法：过敏性结膜炎64例，分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组32例，对照组32例。两组年龄、性别、临床表现及病因构成均无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗组使用自体血清结膜下注射，每周1次，4次为1疗程。对照组使用奥洛他定滴眼液，每天2次。

结果：经过4wk的治疗，治疗组总有效率为84.4%，对照组总有效率90.6%。经统计学检验，两组差异无显著性(χ²=0.571，P>0.25)。

结论：自体血清结膜下注射治疗过敏性结膜炎，与奥洛他定有相似的临床疗效。

METHODS: Sixty-four cases of allergic conjunctivitis were divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases), two groups had no significant difference in age, sex, clinical situation and causation of disease(P >0.05). Autologous serum subconjunctival injection was used in the treatment group, one time a week, four times in one course of treatment. Olopatadine was used in control group, two times a day.

RESULTS: After four weeks treatment, the cure rate in treatment group and control group was 84.4% and 90.6%, respectively.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(χ²=0.571, P>0.25).

CONCLUSION: Treating allergic conjunctivitis with autologous serum subconjunctival injection has the same therapeutic effect as olopatadine.
