方法：对112例124眼患有复发性翼状胬肉(均为第一次复发)的患者进行角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗，术后随诊3～15mo。

结果：痊愈103例115眼，有效率92.7%，复发8例9眼，复发率7.3%。

结论：角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效好，伤口愈合快，复发率较低。

METHODS: All 124 eyes of 112 patients affected by recurrent pterygium and referred to our ophthalmologic department were considered. Each patient underwent autograft transplantation of corneal limbal stem cells.

RESULTS: Totally 115 eyes of 103 patients were cured, the rate of operation success was 92.7%, while 9 eyes of 8 patients were with recurrence, the recurrent rate was 7.3%.

CONCLUSION: There are good curative effect and low recurrence rate of corneal limbal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of recurrent pterygium.
