分析超高龄白内障患者行白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效及安全性。 方法：对115例120眼85～102岁超高龄白内障患者行白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入手术，对术后视力、并发症进行分析。 结果：术后1mo最佳矫正视力≥0.3者 97例 99眼（825%），<0.05者为2例2眼（1.7%），脱盲率98.3%。无严重局部及全身并发症发生，手术效果满意。 结论：高龄白内障患者行白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术安全、有效

To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation in the advanced aged patients. METHODS: Cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation was performed on 120 eyes of 115 aged patients. The postoperative visual acuity and complications were analyzed. RESULTS: The out of blindness rate was 98.3% in postoperative one month. 99 eyes (82.5% ) got a visual acuity of 0.3 or better after one month. No serious complications occurred and the effects were satisfactory. CONCLUSION: Cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation in the advanced aged patients are safe and effective.
