角膜新生血管（corneal neovascularization, CNV）是致盲的重要原因之一。由于家兔在研究人类角膜疾病方面具有多方面的优势，因此家兔CNV模型是目前最重要的CNV动物模型。我们就几种常用的家兔CNV模型的制作方法、机制和优缺点作逐一介绍。

Corneal neovascularization(CNV) is a leading cause of blindness. In the study of human corneal diseases, the rabbits have many advantages, so the rabbit CNV model is the most important CNV animal model. In this paper, CNV models of several rabbits will be introduced, from the making method,mechanism,advantages to disadvantages.
