目的：探讨人工泪液联合非甾体抗炎药物治疗学龄前儿童干眼的临床疗效。 方法：对确诊的儿童干眼患者32例64眼，给予人工泪液联合非甾体抗炎药物点眼治疗，在治疗前及治疗后1mo分别就临床症状、泪膜干涉图像等级及泪河高度做对比观察，进行统计学分析。 结果：治疗1mo后，临床症状明显缓解，泪膜干涉图像等级及泪河高度均值较治疗前明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。 结论：人工泪液联合非甾体抗炎药物可以明显改善儿童干眼患者的临床症状及干眼相关的实验室检查结果，临床疗效显著，用药安全，无不良反应。

AIM: To discuss the clinical effect of artificial tears combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory eye drops in treating dry eye in preschool children. METHODS: Thirty-two preschool children (64 eyes) diagnosed with dry eye were treated with artificial tears and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory eye drops, the clinical symptoms,the grade of tear film interferometry image, the height of tear meniscus were observed on the pre-treatment and 1 month after treatment.Statistical analysis was conducted. RESULTS:After treated for 1 month, the clinical symptoms were relieved obviously, the grade of tear film interferometry image and the height of tear meniscus were improved.The difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05). CONCLUSION: The subjective symptoms and results of laboratory examination in treating dry eye in preschool children were improved after treated with artificial tears and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory eye drops, this method has a significant curative effect, medication safety and no adverse reaction in children.
