目的：根据健康快车白内障治疗工作流程特点，开发较为实用的白内障手术资料数据库，便于手术、病例、耗材管理和统计。 方法：根据健康快车白内障治疗工作流程特点，制定白内障手术资料登记表，应用Microsoft Access 2003数据库软件建立白内障患者手术资料数据库及耗材管理系统，并联测试使用。 结果：健康快车白内障手术管理系统初步建立，在2011年健康快车青海乐都站及河南新乡站使用运行良好。 结论：白内障手术管理系统的建立有利于大批量白内障手术流程的管理及耗品的实时监控，为以后健康快车工作流程的标准化奠定基础，并方便了白内障手术资料的统计。

AIM:To establish the cataract surgery management database according to the speciality of life-line express work flow for operation scheme, case, operation consumables management and investigation. METHODS:Based on the speciality of life-line express work flow,the physician designed the datasheet previously and established the cataract surgery database combined with operation consumables management system by Microsoft Access 2003，and tested it by network. RESULTS:The life-line express cataract surgery management database was established and successfully applied at Ledu station of Qinhai province and Xinxiang station of Henan province in 2011. CONCLUSION:Establishment of cataract surgery management database would benefit management of the cataract operation work flow, real time reveal of operation consumables and data analysis.It provides foundation for the life-line express work standardization.
