目的:总结翼状胬肉个体化手术治疗的效果。方法:对我院2008-02/2011-02收治的翼状胬肉患者317例379眼,根据不同条件行个体化手术,观察术后结果。结果:与单纯胬肉切除手术方法相比,个体化手术方法组术后复发率明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各个体化手术组之间无显著差异。结论:个体化手术治疗翼状胬肉安全且临床效果较好。

AIM:To evaluate the effect of individualized pterygium excision·METHODS:Three hundred and seventeen patients(379 eyes) with pterygium were enrolled in our hospital from Feb 2008 to Feb 2011.Individualized treatments were carried out according to different conditions.The effects were observed·RESULTS:Comparing with the simple pterygium excision,the recurrence rates of pterygium in all individualized pterygium excision groups were lower,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of pterygium were no statistical significance(P>0.05)between the individualized pterygium excision groups·CONCLUSION: The individualized surgical treatment is safe and has better clinical effect.
