[摘要]
目的:评价个体化硬性透气性角膜接触镜(rigid gaspermeable contact lens,RGP)控制青少年近视眼的进展。方法:选择来我院就诊的近视患者90例180眼,屈光度-0.75~-6.00DS。随机分为三组:A组(框架眼镜组),B组(普通RGP组),C组(个性化RGP组),对三组患者戴镜1,3,6mo;1,2a的屈光度、角膜曲率、眼轴长度进行观察。结果:三组在戴镜前屈光度、角膜曲率及眼轴比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。屈光度在戴镜1,2a后,A组(4.46±1.98,5.18±2.09D)与B(3.44±2.41D,3.41±2.01D),C组(3.43±2.43D,3.39±2.32D)比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);B,C组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。角膜曲率半径在戴镜1,2a后,A组(7.58±0.17mm,7.60±0.21mm),C(8.12±0.20mm,8.27±0.19mm)两组比较统计学差异有显著意义(P<0.01),戴镜1,2a后,B组(7.91±0.22mm,7.94±0.27mm),与A,C两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。眼轴长度分别在戴镜1,2a,A组(26.03±1.07mm,26.09±1.11mm)与C(25.82±1.20mm,25.97±1.29mm)及A组与B组(25.71±1.07mm,25.83±1.09mm)两组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);B,C组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:个体化硬性透气性角膜接触镜更符合角膜生理,从远期效果看可以有效控制青少年近视眼进展。

AIM:To evaluate individualized rigid gas permeable contact lenses(RGP) in controlling juvenile’s myopia progress.METHODS:Niety patients(180 eyes) with-0.75DS--6.00 DS myopia were observed refraction,corneal curvature and ocular axis 1 month,3,6 months,1 year,2 years after the individualized wearing of RGP.RESULTS:RGP could effectively control the progress of juvenile’s myopia.CONCLUSION:Individualized RGP can control the progress of juvenile’s myopia.
