目的:观察泪小管切开联合泪道逆行置管术治疗泪小管炎的疗效。方法:对2009-01/2010-12来我院泪道专科门诊就诊的泪小管炎患者40例,采取泪小管切开联合泪道逆行置管术治疗,术后随访3mo。结果:所有患者中28例治愈,12例好转,治疗有效率为100%。结论:采用泪小管切开联合泪道逆行置管术治疗泪小管炎,是一种安全、有效的方法。

AIM:To observate the therapeutic effects of canaliculotomy combined with retrograde intubation of lacrimal passage in the treatment of canaliculitis.METHODS:Forty cases of canaliculitis were treated with canaliculotomy combined with retrograde intubation of lacrimal passage,and postoperatively followed up for 3months.RESULTS:In all patients,28 cases were cured,12 cases improved.The effective rate was 100%.CONCLUSION:Canaliculotomy combined with retrograde intubation of lacrimal passage is a safe and effective way.
