目的:观察avastin治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法:将67眼随机分为avastin组和激光治疗组。Avastin组球结膜下注射avastin治疗,激光治疗组予以激光治疗。结果:术后6mo avastin组无效率为10%(3/31),激光组为28%(10/36),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Avastin治疗复发性翼状胬肉是一种有效的新方法。

AIM:To observe the clinical effect of avastin in treatment of recurrent pterygium.METHODS:Sixty-senven eyes were divided into two groups:one group (avastin group)was treated with subconjunctiva injection of avastin,the other group (laser group) was treated with the laser therapy.RESULTS:After 6 months follow-up,it showed that the inefficiency rate of the avastin group was 10%(3/31) and the laser group was 28%(10/36).There was significant difference between the two group (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Avastin therapy for treatment of recurrent pterygium is an effective and notable method.
