国际上对于小儿白内障手术和人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)植入的经验一直在不断地改进。患者、家庭和医生都在期待着术后更好的结果,所以努力地改进手术技术和完善手术方法以及选择合适的IOL对患儿的预后视力非常重要。

Worldwide experiences with pediatric cataract surgery and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation are constantly evolving.Expectations of good outcomes by the patients,families,and surgeons are also increasing,therefore continued efforts to improve surgery techniques,perfect surgery method and select suitable IOL are critical to prognosis.
