目的:评价532nm激光封闭视网膜干性裂孔的效果。方法:对154例166眼视网膜干性裂孔采用532nm激光进行封闭。结果:经随访观察,154例166眼裂孔均封闭,未见相关并发症,未发生视网膜脱离。结论:532nm激光封闭视网膜干性裂孔具有方便、组织损伤小、疗效好等特点。

·AIM:To evaluate the effects of the 532nm laser for closure of retinal dry holes.·METHODS:Retinal dry holes of 166 eyes of 154 cases were closed with 532nm laser.·RESULTS:During the follow-up,holes of 166 eyes of 154 cases were closed,complications or retinal detachment were not found.·CONCLUSION:Dry retinal holes closed with 532nm laser is convenient with little tissue damage and good effect.·
