羟苯磺酸钙联合视网膜激光治疗对糖尿病黄斑水肿的影响

Effects of calcium dobesilate and laser therapy on diabetic macular edema

摘要:

目的:观察羟苯磺酸钙联合视网膜激光治疗对糖尿病黄斑水肿的影响。方法:将60例双眼糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为两组,一组是羟苯磺酸钙联合视网膜激光治疗组,另一组是单纯视网膜激光治疗组。观察两组治疗后1～3mo的视力、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度及多焦视网膜电图(mfERG)反应密度的变化,根据治疗前后两者的变化进行比较。结果:羟苯磺酸钙联合视网膜激光治疗组对提高糖尿病黄斑水肿患者的视力有效率为73%,而单纯视网膜激光治疗组为57%;羟苯磺酸钙联合视网膜激光治疗组比单纯视网膜激光治疗组能更明显使糖尿病患者的黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度降低,能更明显使多焦视网膜电图反应密度升高。结论:两组治疗均能不同程度改善糖尿病黄斑水肿,羟苯磺酸钙联合视网膜激光治疗组明显优于单纯视网膜激光治疗组。

Abstract:

AIM:To study effects of calcium dobesilate and laser therapy on diabetic macular edema.METHODS:Sixty diabetic retinopathy(DR)patients were divided into two groups.Patients in one group were treated by laser photocoagulation and orally taking calcium dobesilate capsules,while those in the other group were treated only by laser photocoagulation.DR patients’ eyesight,macular thickness and reactive density of mfERG in two groups after treatment of one to three months were detected.RESULTS:The effective rate of improving patients eyesight was 73% in the united treatment group,while it was 57% in the group treated singly.The united treatment group can reduce the macular thickness obviously than the group treated singly.The united treatment group can rise the rective density obviously than the group treated singly.CONCLUSION:Two groups treatment can lighten diabetic macular edema in various degree.The united treatment group is superior to the group treated singly.
