目的:评价532nm眼科激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效。方法:对23例24眼中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者采用532nm眼科激光治疗仪进行渗漏点封闭。结果:患者24眼中22眼1mo内眼底病变消失或明显改善,视力恢复或明显提高。结论:532nm眼科激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变安全有效,值得推广。

AIM:To evaluate the effect of 532nm laser in treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC).METHODS:Leakages of 23 cases 24 eyes with CSC were closed by 532nm laser.RESULTS:In 24 eyes,22 eyes lesions disappeared or were improved obviously,visual acuity was recovered or increased significantly within 1 month.CONCLUSION:532nm laser is safe and effective in treatment of CSC.
