随着全球糖尿病患者的增多,糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)已成为世界性致盲原因之一,除了高血糖这一始动因素外,多种细胞因子构成复杂网络系统导致血-视网膜屏障(blood-retinal barrier,BRB)的破坏及新生血管的生成,是维持糖尿病视网膜病变发生发展的主要病理基础,我们主要就众多细胞因子中的趋化因子与DR发病关系的研究进展进行综述。

With the increment of diabetic patients,diabetic eye disease and its complications,especially diabetic retinopathy(DR),are the major causes of blindness.Besides the initiative of hyperglycemia,the complex network system composed of multiple cytokines causes the breakdown of blood-retinal barrier(BRB)and neovascularization,which is the pathologic basis of the development of DR.This thesis is mainly about the progress of research on the relations between chemokines and DR.
