目的:探讨羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的改良方法。方法:对21例21眼需行眼球摘除术的病例行眼球内容物剜除,并自体巩膜后开窗及前折叠包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座。结果:无1例发生羟基磷灰石义眼座裸露或脱出等并发症,义眼座活动良好。结论:自体巩膜后开窗及前折叠包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座是安全、可靠且有效的眼窝整形手术方法。

·AIM:To discuss the reformative operation for implanting the hydroxyapatite artificial eye.·METHODS:Totally 21 patients underwent the hydroxyapatite orbital implant operation with the extraocular muscle and sclera.·RESULTS:No complications such as exposure or emersion occurred,and the motility of artificial eye ball was excellent.·CONCLUSION:The reformative operation is a safe,reliable and effective method for plastic operation of orbital cavity.·
