目的:分析自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法:对128例维吾尔族单眼行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植,以角膜上皮愈合,恢复透明,无胬肉样组织生长为治愈,否则为复发。结果:126例治愈,2例复发,复发率为1.6%。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉是可行的,能有效防止复发。

AIM:To investigate the effect of autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in treatment of pterygium. METHODS:Totally 128 Uygur patients with pterygium underwent the excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation.Cure criterion was corneal epithelial healing,restoration of transparency,non-pterygium tissue growth. RESULTS:One hundred and twenty-six patients were cured and 2 cases recurred,and the recurrence rate was 1.6%. CONCLUSION:Limbal stem cell transplantation for pterygium is a feasible method and can effectively prevent recurrence.
