目的:探讨干眼症患者的临床特征以及对症采用综合治疗的效果分析。方法:对68例干眼症患者进行病因分析,并根据症状不同,分为轻中度干眼症和重度干眼症,采用相应的综合治疗方法。结果:干眼症患者68例中的轻中度患者均获得满意疗效,而重度患者的临床症状亦有明显改善。结论:应根据患者的具体病情、干眼不同的阶段以及患者不同的卫生知识和经济状况,选用不同的治疗方法。

·AIM:To study the clinical characteristics and comorehensive treatment effect of patients with dry eye.·METHODS:According to different symptoms,68 dry eye patients were divided into mild,moderate and severe dry eye,and the corresponding comorehensive treatments were used.·RESULTS:Patients with mild to moderate dry eye obtained satisfactory results,and the severe clinical symptoms were improved.·CONCLUSION:According to the patient’s situation,different dry eye stages,different health knowledge and economic conditions,we should choose different treatment methods.·
