[摘要]
目的:探讨糖皮质激素治疗角膜葡萄膜炎的方法。方法:对27例27眼角膜葡萄膜炎患者采取抗感染药物联合应用微小剂量糖皮质激素治疗,观察疗效并评价其安全性。结果:全部病例经上述治疗后均得到治愈,无药物并发症发生。结论:微小剂量糖皮质激素应用于角膜葡萄膜炎的治疗是一种有效、安全、实用性较好的方法。

·AIM:To investigate the treatment method of glucocorticoid for keratouveitis.·METHODS:Totally 27 patients 27 eyes with keratouveitis underwent small doses corticosteroids combined with anti-infective.Therapeutic effect and safety were evaluated.·RESULTS:All patients were cured,and no drug complications appeared.·CONCLUSION:Small dose of glucocorticoid is an effective,safe and practical way for keratouveitis.·
