目的:调查描述和比较汉族和彝族人群的眼轴长度分布。方法:通过记录295例病患的眼轴长度和实际植入人工晶状体度数情况,比较两民族之间的差异。结果:汉族和彝族人群的眼轴长度分别为20.6～34.6(中位数为23.0)mm和20.5～31.0(中位数为23.3)mm。结论:汉族和彝族人群的眼轴长度的差异有统计学意义,实际置入的人工晶状体度数与理论值的差异也有统计学意义。

AIM:To describe and compare the axial length’s distribution of the Han and Yi populations.METHODS:The difference between the Han and Yi populations was compared by collecting the axial length and the lens diopter of 295 patients.RESULTS:The axial length of Han and Yi populations was 20.6-34.6(median 23.0)mm,20.5-31.0(median 23.3)mm respectively.CONCLUSION:The differences of axial length between the Han and Yi populations have statistical significance,and the two nations also have differences between transplanted lens diopter and the theoretical diopter.
