目的:观察于显微镜下自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。 方法:在眼科手术显微镜下切除翼状胬肉后，采用角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉46例53眼，与之前的单纯翼状胬肉切除术39例46眼对照组进行对比分析。 结果:术后随访6~12mo未出现1例复发，全部患者球结膜无明显的纤维血管增生及角膜浸润。疗效与对照组相比有极其显著差异（P<0.01）。 结论:翼状胬肉切除联合自体带结膜瓣的角膜缘干细胞移植术，术后视力提高，复发率低，是治疗翼状胬肉的有效方法。

AIM: To investigate the effect of transplantation of autologous corneal limbal stem cell for pterygium under microscope． METHODS: Fiftythree eyes 46 cases with pterygium were treated by transplantation of autologous corneal limbal stem cell．The simple resection of pterygium of 39 cases 46 eyes as the control group were analyzed． RESULTS: After followup of 6 to 12 months，no recurrence and no subepithelial fibrovascular proliferation were found and all achieved a radical cure．Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in therapy effects (P<0.01)． CONCLUSION: The excision of pterygium combined with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation seems to be an effective treatment for pterygium with low recurrence rate and better vision.
