目的:探讨羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,HA)义眼台植入术并发症的类型、发生原因及处理措施。方法:对41例HA义眼台植入术并发症患者行结膜筋膜覆盖术、HA人工骨眶内充填术等方法进行处理。结果:共有HA义眼台暴露、残留上框区凹陷、义眼台移位等6种并发症,经相应处理均获较好疗效。结论:HA义眼台植入术并发症的类型及原因是多方面的,其并发症是可以预防和控制的。

·AIM:To study the classification,cause and manage-ment of the complications associated with hydroxyapatite(HA)orbital implantation.·METHODS:The complications in 41 patients receiving(HA)orbital implantation in our hospital were analyzed.·RESULTS:HA artificial eye pedestal exposure,migration and residual superior orbit cave etc.were observed through follow-up.The satisfactory results were obtained after management.·CONCLUSION:The classification and cause of the complications are not single.The complications can be prevented and controlled by appropriate surgical man-agement.·
