随着新观点—糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是一种炎症病变的提出,越来越多的研究结果表明众多炎性细胞因子在DR患者中表达异常,并与DR发病中血-视网膜屏障(blood-retinal barrier,BRB)破坏和新生血管生成关系密切。我们就一系列炎性细胞因子在DR中的表达情况及其与DR发病关系的研究进展进行综述。

With the new vision that diabetic retinopathy(DR) is an inflammatory disease was proposed, many researches have proved that inflammatory cytokines expressed abnormally in DR, and have close associations with the breakdown of blood-retinal barrier(BRB) and neovascularization of DR. Now we review the research progresses of inflammatory cytokines associated with DR.
