目的:探讨Toll样受体4(toll-like receptor4,TLR4)和CD14在晶状体上皮细胞(lens epithelial cell,LEC)的表达。方法:采用一步法反转录多聚酶链反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)检测LEC中TLR4mRNA和CD14mRNA的表达。结果:用RT-PCR检测分别获得451bp和348bp的清晰扩增条带,经基因测序证实为TLR4 mRNA和CD14 mRNA。结论:晶状体上皮细胞可表达TLR4和CD14。

AIM:To study the expressions of toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)and CD14 in lens epithelial cell(LEC). METHODS:The expressions of TLR4mRNA and CD14mRNA were detected by one-step polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with reverse transcription (RT-PCR) in cultured LEC. RESULTS: The amplified clear bands of 451bp and 348bp were obtained respectively via RT-PCR, which were confirmed to be TLR4mRNA and CD14mRNA by means of gene sequence analysis. CONCLUSION: There are expressions of TLR4 and CD14 in LEC.
